Wear Steel Parts, also name as wear resistant parts, AR steel parts, are manufactured by using optimum wear resistant materials such as Hardox, Wear steel plate, Strenx performance steel, Toolox, Engineering and tool steel, chromium and complex carbide overlays, or a combination.

In spite of careful maintenance, damages on the surface of the equipment such as grinding, scratching and knocking will always happen in the daily use. Raw Materials of Wear Resistant Parts

Wear parts are commonly made of AR400/ AR450/ AR500 /AR550 or NM400/ NM450/ NM500/ NM550 wear steel plate.

Some wear materials are targeted at special wear conditions, while others are all-around performers. Wear plate has excellent wear resistance for all impact angles up to a working temperature of around 300℃.For temperatures above that and up to 590℃, Toolox would be a more suitable choice.

Hard facing wear resistant parts have good wear resistance to sliding and moderate impact wear up to a temperature of around 500℃. Beyond this temperature, special Hi Temp hard facing grades can be used up to 900℃.
